W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company introduced the TrapperLock liner-lock pocket knife in 2008. The new Case pattern was born from the legendary trapper frame, perhaps the most popular knife for Case since the company’s beginning in 1889. The frame was completely re-engineered to incorporate the one-hand-opening performance that many desired. The saber-concave ground clip blade pivots on a special bushing, making the action of the TrapperLock extremely smooth. The engraved thumb stud is fixed by a torque screw for better control. And of course, there’s the added confidence of a liner-lock to make it strong.
There are many lockback types of frames, and this is a liner-lock version for a pocket knife (see the “Lockback” description page).
